Vehicle Overturns in Collision near San Bruno Avenue
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (February 27, 2019) – A man was ejected from a vehicle in a rollover crash on northbound 280 Freeway, Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 5:18 AM, near the San Bruno Avenue off-ramp. Based on an initial report, the victim was an occupant of a van that rolled over and landed in the No. 2 lane. It was loaded with paint that was then scattered in the roadway. The other involved vehicles were not identified in the report.
The man was conscious and moving with his hands and feet. The paramedics were called for needed medical attention. They had not yet released a report regarding any injury sustained by the victim.
Debris was seen scattered across all lanes. Cleaning clearing operation was conducted in the area. An investigation is ongoing to verify all initial information and determine liabilities. No additional information has been released to the public at this time, as the investigation continues.
