Deadly Pedestrian Collision on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu
MALIBU, CA (October 01, 2019) — A man died in a pedestrian collision on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Friday night.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, they received a report about the incident at about 7:20 p.m. A vehicle struck the pedestrian near Rambla Pacifico Street.
The man died at the scene. Meantime, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the deputies.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert for both directions of Pacific Coast Highway during the investigation and emergency response.
