San Antonio, TX (November 4, 2023) – A bicycle rider sustained fatal injuries following a Loop 1604 hit-and-run collision Wednesday night.

It was around 8:40 p.m. when a male bicyclist on the westbound lanes of Loop 1604 near Blanco Road was hit by a vehicle that immediately fled.

Unfortunately, the bicyclist was declared deceased at the scene.

Officers are investigating.
