Man Dies in Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident on Linda Vista Road [San Diego, CA]

San Diego, CA (October 23, 2021) – On Friday night, a man died in a fatal hit-and-run accident on Linda Vista Road near Genesee Avenue.

The San Diego Police (SDPD) says that reports came in at around 7:45 p.m. about a man hit in the northbound lane of the Linda Vista area.

Moreover, the victim was taken to Sharp Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The victim was not yet identified by the police.

Police are conducting an investigation on the possible suspect who hit the pedestrian.

Furthermore, officers were marking the scene for evidence and a single white sneaker was on the street missing its pair.
