Banning, CA (May 29, 2021) – On Wednesday, a man died in a hit-and-run crash on West Ramsey Street.
The fatal accident took place at about 2 a.m. at the 1200 block area.
When officers arrived at the scene, they located an unidentified man lying near the curb in eastbound lanes.
