1 Killed in San Martin Pedestrian Accident on Monterey Street

 
SAN MARTIN, CA (January 11, 2022) – On Monday, a man died in a hit-and-run crash on Monterey Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on Monterey Street.
 
Reports revealed that a 2016 or 2019 Honda Civic struck a male pedestrian. Reports confirmed that the pedestrian was walking on the east side of Monterey Street when the crash happened. Then, the vehicle fled the scene after the collision.
 
Moreover, responders pronounced the victim dead moments later after another driver called 9-1-1 to the scene.
 
Furthermore, officers found a side-view mirror of a 2016 to 2019 Honda Civic which they believe belongs to the hit-and-run vehicle.
