2 Injured in Madera County Deadly Accident on Avenue 12 near Road 33
MADERA COUNTY, CA (September 20, 2022) – Monday night, a man died in a motorcycle crash on Avenue 12 near Road 33.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 7:10 p.m. Also, the collision occurred on eastbound Avenue 12 near Road 33.
Reports revealed that a westbound 2001 Harley collided head-on with an eastbound 2005 Nissan Altima that entered the westbound lane. Also, authorities said that both drivers attempted to avoid collision by turning south but to no avail.
Moreover, responders pronounced the 47-year-old male motorcyclist dead at the scene. Also, paramedics treated the Nissan driver and his passenger at the scene for minor injuries.
Furthermore, officers do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision.
