Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Venice Boulevard

 
MID-CITY, CA (August 17, 2022) – Tuesday night, a man died in a pedestrian accident on Venice Boulevard in Mid-City.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened at around 10:10 p.m. Also, the collision occurred at the 5000 block of Venice Boulevard.
 
Reports revealed that an eastbound dark-colored SUV struck a male pedestrian walking outside a marked crosswalk. Then, the SUV fled the scene after the collision. Moments later, officials suspect that a second dark-colored vehicle struck the victim again, but this was not yet confirmed.
 
Moreover, responders confirmed that the pedestrian, a man in his 30s, died in the crash.
 
Furthermore, officials offered a reward of $50,000 for any information that will help solve the incident.
