SUTTER COUNTY, CA (August 22, 2022) – On Sunday morning, a man died in a pedestrian accident on Highway 99 near Hutchinson Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 5:20 a.m. Also, the collision occurred on Highway 99 near Hutchinson Road.
 
Reports revealed that a vehicle lost control and crashed into a ditch. Then, the driver exited the vehicle and tried to wave down passing vehicles when he was struck. Moments later, the driver was struck again by a second vehicle in the northbound lanes of the highway.
