1 Pedestrian Seriously Hurt Following Car Accident on College Avenue
San Diego, CA (May 18, 2020)– Two vehicles hit a pedestrian in College Avenue car accident early Saturday morning.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene that took place on May 16 at about 1:20 a.m.
According to the report, the victim, a 21-year-old man fell onto the roadway on 4800 Block of College Avenue. Suddenly, a vehicle struck him but the driver fled the scene immediately leaving the pedestrian on the road.
Then, another oncoming vehicle hit the victim. The driver remained and later helped out with the police investigation.
Incident Aftermath and Updates
The unidentified pedestrian was brought to the hospital sustaining life-threatening injuries due to the crash.
Currently, there has been no additional information available. Meanwhile, the investigation regarding the College Avenue car accident remains on-going.
