Sacramento Pedestrian Accident on West Capitol Avenue
WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (November 29, 2019) – A man was critical after a pedestrian accident on West Capitol Avenue on Friday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Pecan Street at approximately 8:21 PM. However, police did not release many details about the accident.
Reports from the West Sacramento Police Department showed that a dark Toyota sedan struck the 27-year-old victim.
As a result, paramedics transported the victim to a hospital with critical head injuries.
The driver of the sedan remained on the scene and was cooperative with the police. Drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the incident. An investigation is ongoing.
