1 Person Injured in Puyallup Accident on State Route 167
PUYALLUP, WA (September 13, 2021) – Sunday, authorities arrested a man after a DUI crash on State Route 167.
The incident happened at around 3:00 a.m. when four men headed north on State Route 167. Then, the vehicle veered off the road and hit the guardrail. As a result, the vehicle rolled onto its side in the median.
According to Trooper Robert Reyer, they arrested the 29-year-old Federal Way man on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Currently, he’s facing a possible vehicular assault charge.
Meanwhile, responders took the 32-year-old Kent man to Tacoma General Hospital. On the other hand, the two other passengers suffered no injuries in the crash.
