Rider Hospitalized after Motorcycle Crash on San Gabriel Boulevard near Colorado Boulevard
PASADENA, CA (October 29, 2019) – A 27-year-old man suffered injuries in a motorcycle crash on San Gabriel Boulevard, Tuesday.
According to the Pasadena Police Department, the incident happened near Colorado Boulevard. A northbound van attempted to make a left turn to Colorado Boulevard. There, the van collided with a southbound motorcycle.
Emergency responders rushed the rider to a hospital after he was thrown off his motorcycle. He suffered broken bones and other injuries. As per recent updates, the rider is in critical but stable condition. Meanwhile, the van driver remained and cooperated with investigators.
The van driver claims that they did not see the motorcycle before the collision. An investigation is ongoing to verify the claims and to identify the cause of the incident. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
