Skateboarder Dies after Accident on Goldenwest Street near Main Street

 
WESTMINSTER, CA (July 24, 2019) – A man died in a skateboard accident on Goldenwest Street, Wednesday evening. Authorities withheld the identity of the victim, pending notification of next of kin.
 
According to the Westminster Police Department, the incident happened at about 10:10 PM. Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck a man on a skateboard near Main Street.
 
Paramedics performed lifesaving procedures. Unfortunately, the skateboarder died at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained and cooperated with investigators.
