Tulare, CA (September 6, 2023) – At about 7 a.m. on Tuesday, a male pedestrian sustained fatal injuries following an Inyo Avenue collision.

Investigating officers said the man was crossing the street when he was struck in the area of Gemini Street.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

Officers said the pedestrian was not using a crosswalk when the accident happened.

Drugs or alcohol did not play a role in the collision. The authorities are still investigating.
