Male Pedestrian Dies in East Palm Canyon Accident [Cathedral City, CA]

Cathedral City, CA (November 08, 2021) – On Sunday, a male pedestrian lost his life in an East Palm Canyon accident.

The police officers responded to the traffic crash scene minutes after 7:30 p.m., east of Cree Road.

When they arrived, officers located the adult male pedestrian lying in the westbound lanes of the road with major injuries.

Immediately, the Cathedral City Fire Department provided medical aid. However, the victim succumbed to his injuries. 

Meanwhile, the authorities withheld the identity of the parties involved in the fatal accident.

It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash, as the officers are still working on their investigation.
