2 Hospitalized after San Diego Accident on Bayside Lane

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (June 21, 2020) – Friday morning, a male driver and a female passenger sustained injuries in a crash on Bayside Lane.
 
According to reports, after 12:15 a.m., the vehicle of 24-year-old male driver and his 25-year-old passenger struck a support beam. Moreover, the incident happened at a Mission Beach residence near Bayside Lane and Sunset Court.
 
San Diego police Officer Tony Martinez revealed that the driver of a northbound 2006 Acura TL sedan on Bayside Lane, with a female sitting in the front passenger seat, made a sharp right turn. Then, the vehicle crashed into a support beam for a carport at a “multi-family dwelling.”
 
Responders transported the driver and passenger to a hospital for treatment.
 
Furthermore, the officers revealed that the man sustained a broken right ankle. Meanwhile, the woman sustained a fractured skull, a fractured nose, and a concussion. However, the authorities confirmed that the injuries were non-life-threatening.
