Malcom Slack and Mark Cummings Involved in Hit-and-Run Crash on State Route 397 [Kennewick, WA]

Kennewick, WA (August 3, 2024) – Malcom Slack and Mark Cummings are wanted following a hit-and-run crash on State Route 397 Monday evening.

The 2-vehicle traffic accident happened before 6:30 p.m. on East Columbia Drive.

Investigators said a northbound Dodge Truck on Sate Route 397 tried to make a left turn onto East Columbia Drive. 

Officers said the truck driver did not yield to a southbound Toyota Corolla. All five people in the Corolla were injured and one was seriously injured.

Witnesses said Malcom Slack and Mark Cummings left the scene on foot.
