Malcom Darensburg Jr Fatal Head-On Crash on Park Street Bridge in Oakland
Oakland, CA (October 2, 2020) – Wednesday morning, a 41-year-old Malcom Darensburg Jr. died in a head-on crash on the Park Street Bridge.
The head-on collision was reported at about 9:30 a.m. on September 30.
According to reports, the two vehicles collided when one was traveling northbound on 29th Avenue toward Oakland, and the other was traveling southbound heading Alameda.
All parties involved in the collision were taken to a local hospital. However, Darensburg was pronounced dead.
No further details about the other injured. Further investigation to determine the cause of the crash is ongoing.
