Injuries Reported in Oakley Auto Accident on Main Street and Big Break Road
OAKLEY, CA (June 27, 2022) – Saturday night, authorities arrested Malcolm Shephard after a DUI crash on Main Street and Big Break Road.
The incident involving two vehicles occurred at 8:51 p.m. on Main Street and Big Break Road.
When the authorities arrived, they located a female driver on the ground bleeding from the head. Also, they found a second male driver walking around. Reports confirmed that one of the vehicles caught fire. Also, officers located a loaded Glock handgun and approximately 250 Oxycontin 30MG pills in a plastic bag. They also determined that the male driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Thus, authorities arrested 25-year-old Malcolm Shephard for felony DUI (because of the injury to the other driver), possession of a loaded handgun, and possession of drugs for sale.
