PINE VALLEY, CA (March 20, 2019) – Major injuries were sustained in a rollover crash on eastbound 8 Freeway, Wednesday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 5:21 PM, near the Buckman Springs Rest Area. Based on an initial report, an unidentified car flipped over and rolled multiple times in the lanes. No other vehicle was involved in the incident.
The driver was trapped and found unconscious in the overturned car. The paramedics were requested to bring the victim to Sharp Memorial Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
