Seven Vehicles in Collision Occur near Temperance Avenue

 
FRESNO, CA (March 4, 2019) – Major injuries were sustained in a multi-car crash on westbound Highway 180, Monday evening.
 
According to police, the collision happened at approximately 7:54 PM, just east of Temperance Avenue. Based on an initial report, there were seven vehicles involved in the incident. A witness’ account stated that one car overturned and landed on its roof due to the impact.
 
The paramedics were requested for needed medical attention. Soon after, they confirmed that major injuries were sustained in the accident.
 
All lanes were closed while a clearing operation took place in the area. In addition, an investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident. No further details have been disclosed to the public.
