Two Vehicles Involved in Broadside Collision near Cat Canyon Road

 
LOS ALAMOS, CA (November 30, 2019) – Major injuries were sustained in a car crash on Highway 101 on early Saturday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Cat Canyon Road at approximately 6:00 PM.
 
Reports from the Santa Barbara County Fire Department showed that two vehicles were involved in a broadside collision. The accident happened after a sedan reportedly slammed into the side of another sedan.
 
One man was airlifted to a Santa Barbara hospital for treatment of major injuries. A second victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
 
No other details are known at this time. However, an investigation is on-going.
