CHP Investigates Five-Car Crash on Highway 154 in Santa Barbara County
Santa Barbara County, CA (July 15, 2022) – Friday afternoon, CHP responded to a five-car crash on Highway 154.
The five-car crash in Santa Barbara County happened after 3 p.m. on July 15 near Lake Cachuma.
CHP said an older model Toyota pickup truck swerved into an oncoming semi-truck, hit the semi-truck, and then went off the roadway into a ditch.
Moreover, one vehicle was reportedly off the roadway and in the brush on the side of the road.
Emergency personnel reported major injuries among the involved parties.
