Three Vehicles Involved in Collision near Twin Oaks Valley Road
SAN MARCOS, CA (February 27, 2019) – Major injuries were sustained in a multi-car crash on westbound Highway 78, Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 5:34 AM, just west of Twin Oaks Valley Road. Based on an initial report, three vehicles were involved in the incident. Descriptions were not yet released by the first responders.
The paramedics were called for needed medical attention. They confirmed that major injuries were sustained by the involved motorists. AN update on the victims’ conditions would be released once available.
