Two Separate Collisions Reported near 7th Avenue

HACIENDA HEIGHTS, CA (August 22, 2018) – Major damage was reported following two separate accidents on Highway 60, late Wednesday afternoon. The California Highway Patrol said that the collisions happened at approximately 4:05 PM near 7th Avenue.

According to reports, a total of seven vehicles were involved in both incidents. Vehicle descriptions were not released, except for a black Honda that sustained major damage from the impact of the crash.

It is unclear how many people were injured in each accident, and if they were hospitalized. Towing services were conducted to avoid further disruption of the flow of traffic in the area.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the collisions and to identify possible contributing factors. Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to contact the police as soon as possible.
