BAKERSFIELD, CA (September 18, 2022) – Saturday night, Majid Mojibi Yazdi, 75, died following a pedestrian crash on F Street and 20th Street.

The deadly accident happened at about 7:30 p.m. on F Street and 20th Street.

According to reports, a vehicle struck a pedestrian.

When the officers arrived, they transported the 75-year-old to a hospital with moderate injuries.

Meanwhile, the involved driver stayed at the scene and has been cooperative with investigators.

At this time, the authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.

Authorities later reported that the victim died the following morning at Kern Medical.
