MADERA, CA – One Badly Injured in Head-On Crash at Avenue 15 and Santa Fe Drive

Major Injuries Sustained in Head-On Collision in Madera

 
MADERA, CA (May 16, 2019) – One person was badly injured following a head-on collision late Thursday afternoon in Madera.
 
The collision happened around 5:33 p.m. at the intersection of Avenue 15 and Santa Fe Drive.
 
CHP officials responded to the scene and located a red Chrysler and a pickup truck that had collided head-on. One occupant suffered major injuries as a result of the crash.
 
Paramedics took the badly injured patient to Community Regional Medical Center in an unknown condition.
 
Fire crews blocked both directions of Avenue 15, just East of Santa Fe Drive while the worked on the scene.
 
Due to several factors remained unclear, investigation is ongoing.
