Macario Herrera Killed in Interstate 40 West Pedestrian Crash [Barstow, CA]

Barstow, CA (June 3, 2023) – On Tuesday, Macario Herrera, a 49-year-old Apple Valley resident, sustained fatal injuries following an Interstate 40 West pedestrian crash.

The traffic accident happened at 9:42 p.m. in the area of East Main Street.

The responding rescuers transported Herrera to Barstow Community Hospital where he was declared dead at 10:15 p.m.
