San Bernardino, CA (February 27, 2024) – 44-year-old Luis Martinez Vicente of San Bernardino was killed following a W Highland Avenue accident Saturday evening.

San Bernardino Police officers responded at 6:19 p.m. on February 17 to the 1600 block area wherein a pedestrian was fatally hit by a vehicle.
