Luis Ceja Jr of Concord Dies in Solo Vehicle Crash on Highway 4 [Martinez, CA]

Martinez, CA (November 02, 2021) – On Monday, 18-year-old Luis Ceja Jr of Concord died in a colo-vehicle crash on Highway 4.

It was just minutes before 6:30 p.m. when the crash crash happened east of the Alhambra Avenue

Officers said Ceja Jr was driving a 2011 Honda Accord with three teen passengers inside.

Ceja Jr lost control of the vehicle and it slammed into a tree.

Emergency responders rushed the passengers by ambulance to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek with major injuries. The officers did not say if their injuries were fatal.

Unfortunately, Ceja Jr lost his life at the scene.

Moreover, the investigators said it was raining that day and the highway was wet. The police are still investigating this incident.
