Two Vans Collide on 5 Freeway in Los Angeles, Injuries Reported
LOS ANGELES, CA (January 7, 2019) – One person was injured following a two-vehicle collision Monday morning in on southbound 5 Freeway at Glendale Boulevard.
The collision happened around 11:14 a.m. involving a white Chevrolet Express and a white Nissan van.
While the cause of the crash has not yet been determined, one occupant sustained a broken arm as a result of the accident. Airbags were also deployed in one of the vehicles.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene and took the injured patient to a hospital for proper treatment. Towing services were also requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
