WILLITS, CA (April 21, 2021) – On Tuesday, Lorraine Pulido and Phoebe Smith sustained injuries in a head-on crash on Highway 101 and Reynolds Highway.
 
According to CHP, the incident happened at around 7:05 p.m. on Highway 101 and Reynolds Highway.
