67-Year-Old Pedestrian Fatally Struck While Crossing McCombs Street in El Paso
El Paso, TX (October 8, 2024) On Monday evening, 67-year-old Lori Jean Kenyan was killed after a pedestrian crash on McCombs Street.
According to the El Paso Police Department (EPPD), the fatal crash happened at about 7:30 p.m. near Regulus Drive.
Reports say that Kenyan was fatally struck by a 2013 Ford Fusion driven by 55-year-old Melissa Ann Garrett while attempting to cross McCombs Street in Northeast El Paso.
The collision occurred around 7:30 p.m. near Regulus Drive, just south of Transmountain Road.
Unfortunately, Kenyan died at the scene, while Garrett was unharmed.
Police are conducting an investigation regarding the fatal pedestrian crash.
