1 Killed and 2 Injured in Solo-Car Accident near Windmill Creek Road
CHINO HILLS, CA (July 30, 2018) – A Westminster resident was killed early Monday morning following a solo-car crash near Windmill Creek Road.
As per reports, the deadly collision took place at around 12:24 AM. A Toyota Tundra was heading eastbound on Rancho Hills Drive when it failed to stop at the intersection and crashed into a tree.
The front passenger, identified as 62-year-old Livier Ruvalcaba, sustained severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver and the rear passenger were hospitalized with unspecified injuries. Their identities and cities of residence were not immediately available to the public.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident and to identify possible contributing factors.
