Temecula Resident Leland Franklin Dies in Winchester Road Accident [Temecula, CA]

Temecula, CA (April 30, 2024) – 39-year-old Leland Franklin of Temecula was killed following a Winchester Road accident Friday night.

It was about 9:55 p.m. when Franklin was fatally hit south of Promenade Mall East.

The unidentified driver immediately stopped and reported to 911.

The authorities immediately responded to the crash scene and declared Leland Franklin deceased at the scene.

Moreover, officers questioned the driver but did not arrest them.
