36-year-old Ledontea Sellers Dies in Tragic Traffic Crash on I-5 [Merced County, CA]

Merced County, CA (April 23, 2024) On Saturday evening, 36-year-old Ledontea Sellers of Contra Costa County was killed in a horrific crash on Interstate 5.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash happened at about 11:53 p.m. on April 7, in the northbound lanes of Interstate 5.

Reports say that Sellers was riding a 2022 Harley Davidson, he was trying to pass a slower-moving truck pulling a box trailer. Officials say that as the motorcycle was passing the truck, 2 of the tires broke off the trailer and hit the motorcyclist.
