1 Person Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on 600 Highway 6
HOUSTON, TX (December 10, 2023) – Friday night, Lauren Goppert died in a tragic pedestrian crash on 600 Highway 6.
The incident happened at around 11:35 p.m. in the 600 block of State Highway 6.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle struck a female pedestrian who was attempting to cross the roadway outside a marked crosswalk. Also, the driver attempted to change lanes to avoid collision, but to no avail.
