38-Year-Old Man Hospitalized after Auto Accident on Highway 12 in Glenoma
GLENOMA, WA (May 12, 2020) – Saturday night, 38-year-old Larry Sifrit sustained injuries in motorcycle collision on Highway 12.
Washington State Patrol responded to the accident near Mile Marker 106 around 8:00 p.m. According to reports, Sifrit rear-ended a 2019 Ford F-250 in his 2017 Harley Davidson in the westbound lanes.
As 52-year-old Janet Brenestahl from Randle veered left to the Glenoma Fire Hall, Sifrit rear-ended her truck.
Authorities revealed that Brenehstal and a 9-year-old juvenile passenger remained uninjured. Police also confirmed that both of them wore seat belts at the time of the crash.
Meanwhile, state patrol said that both vehicles were totaled. Towing services were later requested due to the extent of damage sustained.
The surrounding area on Highway 12 was closed off for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. However, the roadway has since been reopened.
At this time, authorities are continuously investigating the motorcycle collision on Highway 12.
