SOUTH LOS ANGELES, CA (December 25, 2024) – Sunday night, an LAPD officer sustained injuries in an alarming head-on crash on Florence Avenue and 6th Avenue.

The crash happened at about 8:30 p.m. near Florence Avenue and 6th Avenue, said the Los Angeles Police Department.

Footage from the incident captured an officer having his head bandaged before being transported to the hospital. He was reported to be in stable condition.
