10 Vehicles Collide near Long Barn Road
LONG BARN, CA (May 19, 2019) – Lanes were closed after a multi-car crash on westbound Highway 108, Sunday noon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 12:12 PM, just west of Long Barn Road. Based on an initial report, ten vehicles were involved in the pile-up. However, vehicle descriptions were not yet available.
The paramedics were requested for needed medical attention. However, they had not yet released a report regarding any injury sustained by the involved motorists.
The roadway was completely blocked while rescue, clearing, and cleaning operations took place in the area.
It was not yet clear what caused the pile-up. In addition, an investigation of this incident is still ongoing.
