Angels Camp Auto Accident on State Route 4 near Shirewood Lane
ANGELS CAMP, CA (May 21, 2024) Monday morning, a head-on crash on State Route 4 near Sherwood Lane blocked lanes.
The head-on crash occurred on State Route 4 near Shirewood Lane at approximately 11:34 AM, involving a yellow Porsche sedan and a gray Honda Ridgeline pickup truck. Meanwhile, the collision blocked the westbound lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to the scene. By 11:36 AM, a witness reported that a fire engine had arrived. Units from CALSO (California State Office) and CALA SO (California Highway Patrol) were also on the scene by 11:46 AM.
Medical assistance was requested for the occupants of the Porsche, who had not exited the vehicle by the time responders arrived. There is no information available on the extent of any injuries.
