Vehicle Collision North of Myrtle Springs Kills 17-Year-Old Man
Van Zandt County, TX (July 7, 2023) – On Monday, 17-year-old Landon Baxley of Wills Point was killed in a 2-vehicle collision on Highway 64.
The traffic accident took place at about 5:30 p.m. approximately about 1.5 miles north of Myrtle Springs.
Investigating officers said a 2005 Nissan Sentra driven by Baxley was on the shoulder of the freeway and pulled in front of a 2019 International semi-truck.
Unfortunately, Baxley was declared dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the authorities are still investigating the vehicle collision north of Myrtle Springs.
