Teenage Girl Hurt in Fairfield Hit-and-Run Accident near Green Valley Middle School
FAIRFIELD, CA (July 3, 2020) – 14-year-old Lana Lewis sustained injuries in a bicycle crash near Green Valley Middle School on June 22.
The hit-and-run crash occurred at around 1:28 PM. According to reports, a speeding car struck Lewis and her bike near Green Valley Middle School. Afterward, Lewis rolled over the hood and her bicycle flew 50 feet away.
The emergency responders took Lana Lewis to a hospital with major injuries. The authorities identified her injuries as laceration in her leg, scrapes, and bruises. Moreover, the treatment made Lewis feel better.
Meanwhile, the vehicle driver didn’t stop to help and remains at large at this time.
Reports from the police revealed that the vehicle is a 2003 or 2004 Toyota Camry, possibly missing a side mirror.
