Lam Nguyen Killed in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 74 in Lake Elsinore

21-Year-Old Rider Dies after Crash with Car on Highway 74 in Lake Elsinore

 
LAKE ELSINORE, CA (April 7, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed Sunday following an accident on Highway 74 near the Upper San Juan Campground.
 
The fatal collision happened around 3:06 p.m. on Highway 74 near the Upper San Juan Campground.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle and a Dodge Journey collided, sending the bike about 200 feet off the highway. The rider suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
The victim was later identified as a Lam Nguyen, 21, of Orange.
 
It is unknown if speed, drugs and/or alcohol were contributing factors in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
