Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Jamacha Road in La Presa

 
LA PRESA, CA (February 13, 2019) – A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a car early Wednesday morning in La Presa, authorities said.
 
The fatal crash happened around 4:28 a.m. at the intersection of Jamacha Road and Elkelton Boulevard.
 
Responding crews attempted life-saving aid, but the victim did not survive and was pronounced dead.
 
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
 
Traffic from Jamacha Boulevard was being diverted at Darby Street while officers documented the crash scene.
