Facing a Fatal Pinion Hills Crash
In a time of loss following an accident, one may be left feeling powerless. Even so, it is crucial for the family of the deceased to know that they may recover damages in a wrongful death suit.
A wrongful death suit allows families to hold parties liable for the irrevocable damages they have caused. It also alleviates most or all of the financial burden the death of a relative has generated.
Meanwhile, nearly 1.25 million people are killed in car accidents each year. That means, on average, auto accidents cause 3,287 deaths per day. As a matter of fact, road traffic injuries are the leading cause of death in the U.S. for people aged 1-54.
