41-Year-Old Victorville Man Killed after Collision with Tow Truck near Kiowa Road

APPLE VALLEY, CA (September 29, 2018) – A man was killed early Saturday morning following a scooter crash on Bar Valley Road. The victim was later identified as 41-year-old Kimsan Mao, a resident of Victorville.

According to the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office, the incident took place at about 1:16 AM in the 20000 block of Bear Valley Rd near Kiowa Road. A G&M tow truck was traveling west when it struck a GTS 300 Vespa scooter, operated by Mao.
