Why It Pays to Drive Safely on California Roads

Sharing the road is a shared responsibility. It is important to keep an eye out for those who are on the road with you.

In April 2021, the CHP issued 2,021 citations for those driving over 100 miles per hour. You may be following all the rules but other motorists don’t. Hence, seat belts should always be a priority since it reduces the risk of death by 45%, and decrease the risk of serious injury by 50%.

An accident-free life is never promised. Even so, having connections to legal experts can dictate the severity of the aftermath.
