Police Investigate Fatal Semi VS. Car Crash on State Route 85 in Buckeye

Buckeye, AZ (September 28, 2023) – Early Thursday morning, Kimball Clark died in a crash on State Route 85 involving a semi-truck.

The crash occurred just after 5:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes of SR 85 near Southern Avenue. 

 Video from the scene shows the car completely pinned underneath the truck. Clark, who was driving the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.

No additional information is immediately available.

DPS continued to further investigate what led to the crash.

According to a verified GoFundMe fundraiser, Clark leaves behind a wife and four children.
